What Is an Anthrope?

A person with an unstable genetic condition causing periodic involuntary transformation into an animal. Triggered hormonally, keyed to the lunar cycle. Known forms include wolf, golden retriever, rabbit, lion, elephant, giraffe, and others. Registered anthropes are tracked by the ACC.
